Ultrasound Bubbles Imaging Brandaris

Welcome to the Brandaris 128 website: www.brandaris128.nl

This website tells you about ultra high-speed imaging at frame rates of 25 million frames per second, one million times faster than a regular video camera. In this way we can visualize ultra fast events such as ultrasound contrast agent bubbles that oscillate at a frequency of 1 MHz or more.

On this website you will find information how Brandaris works, some technical details of the camera, the kind of research we perform with this camera and our contact details.

The camera is named after the Netherlands most famous lighthouse on the island of Terschelling. Find out more why the camera is called Brandaris here.
